Effie Halkioti

Effie has been studying spiritual and metaphysical teachings for over forty years, weaving together ancient wisdom and modern quantum perspectives.

She has trained in many healing systems, including Reiki, Pranic Healing, ThetaHealing, and the Arcturian Healing Method, and continues to expand her knowledge to this day.

Drawing on her experience, she created Quantum Energy Upgrade, a system of transformation and evolution, and teaches Metatron Quantum Shift, as well as seminars in spiritual development, intuitive awakening, and the art of conscious living.

Fotini is a unique channel of communication with the Spiritual Realms and works in direct contact with her Guides. She has the ability to see glimpses of past lives and soul experiences, like turning the pages of an album that sometimes comes alive before her eyes.
